INGREDIENTS

Nothing is easier than toasting a slice of stale Tuscan bread, rubbing it over with a clove of garlic, adding a bit of salt and pepper and, while still warm, freely dousing the whole thing with extra virgin olive oil.

INGREDIENTS
Seasonal vegetables: fennel, carrots, celery, artichokes, red and yellow peppers, etc, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Prepare the seasonal vegetables, fennel, carrots, celery, artichokes, red and yellow peppers, etc by slicing them lengthwise into wide strips. Pour some extra virgin olive oil into some small bowls and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Dip the vegetables into the oil. Serve with toasted slices of Tuscan bread.
